Delivery estimates are for in-stock items. The products you order will be shipped within 48 hours that you complete your order (backordered items will be delivered as they become available, via USPS). USPS takes 1-3 business days to ship and approximately 4-7 business days to be delivered. Shipping is available to all 50 United States, US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), and P.O. Box addresses.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. Your email confirmation will include applicable USPS tracking or postal delivery confirmation information.
Please keep in mind that our shipping partners (USPS) are closed on weekends and national holidays. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, shaving products and cosmetics returns are accepted within 15 days from the ship date for store credit or exchange. We are sorry but we cannot issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances for shaving products and cosmetics. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days. Purchases of hats and accessories returned within 15 days may be refunded or exchanged, if the item(s) is returned in new condition with original labels attached.
If you would like a different size or style, please include a note on your return invoice stating the item you would like instead. We cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock, but we will certainly try our best.

We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.
All sale items are final sale and returns will not be accepted.
